Warranty processing
For all products offered in the Velofactory online store, the warranty period is two years from the date of invoice, unless otherwise decided by the manufacturer.
Hygiene articles, functional underwear and clothing are excluded from the period. In addition, the warranty claim expires if repairs, incorrect assembly or other changes have been made by the customer. The customer bears the costs of the return.
In case of a warranty case, please contact us by e-mail with details of the exact problem as well as meaningful photos. After we have processed the corresponding case, we will inform you about the further procedure.
If it is a warranty case, please return the complete defective product to us including a copy of the invoice and a completed return form.
