The article does not fit? No problem. With us you enjoy a right of return of 14 working days after receipt of the goods.
In order for us to refund the purchase price, it is mandatory that the items are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging in an additional box. The customer bears the cost of the return.
Excluded from the right of return are functional underwear, clothing and personal care products. Sealed packages must be returned unopened.
Deliveries that are not faultless cannot be accepted, which is why we return them at the sender's expense.
