Handy Tire Booster makes tubeless mounting easier!

With the new Tire Booster from Schwalbe, tubeless tires can be mounted safely. The lightweight, handy bottle can be used both stationary and on the road. Schwalbe developed the Tire Booster in cooperation with the British start-up company Airshot for safe and easy fitting without a compressor. It allows up to eleven bar of pressure to be instantly added to the tire.

And this is how it works: Connect the Tire Booster to a conventional floor pump via the SV valve on the Tire Booster, inflate the bottle and then activate the quick-release valve. The air is immediately distributed evenly and the tire is firmly seated on the rim - usually with the typical loud cracking sound.

Due to their advantages in terms of puncture protection, tubeless systems have become established in most mountain bike disciplines. However, changing tires can be a time-consuming and annoying affair, depending on the rim-tire combination. Often only a powerful compressor can help to make the longed-for "pop" sound when the tire jumps into the rim flange. The Tire Booster is the ideal solution for anyone who doesn't own a compressor or doesn't want to make the trip to the filling station to change a tire on race weekends. The black 1.15 liter pressure canister acts as a kind of mini compressor that can be inflated to up to 11 bar using a conventional floor pump. A tube with attached valve adapter is then screwed onto the valve of the rim with the valve core previously removed. Now all you have to do is open the regulator on the Tire Booster and the compressed air shoots into the tire to plop it into the rim flange within fractions of a second.
Practical: the strap for attaching the Tire Booster to your air pump. So it is always tidy and in the place where you need it.
