A good all-rounder
This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and very flexible. As a result, the performance of the tires remains unchanged and is convincing.

• ultra fast rubber compound/tread
• Foldable bead core: rings made of Kevlar or another aramid fiber hold the tires securely on the rim. Lower weight and easy transportation due to small pack size are the advantages.
• Tubeless Ready (TR): Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can ride with less air pressure. This gives you better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no inner tube, the risk of punctures is also reduced. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealing milk than other "tubeless ready" tires. The bead is completely covered with a layer of rubber, just like a real UST tubeless tire. This means that tubeless mounting is successful on all rims with standard dimensions right from the first inflation and with little liquid.

  • Wide Trail (WT) Casing: The WT construction optimizes the tread layout and tire shape on today's wider rims. Traditional tires are developed for narrow rims and have too angular a shape on wide rims, resulting in less than optimal performance. WT tires are optimized for an inner rim width of 35 mm, but work excellently on all rims with an inner dimension between 30 and 39 mm.
