The M99 MINI PRO-45 is the world's smallest S-pedelec headlight with 1,300 lumens and 270 lux high beam in accordance with ECE 113 Class C. This is the first time that the performance class, which is even suitable for motorcycles, has been implemented in such a small housing. The mirror surface, highly polished with a diamond, reflects the outstanding amount of light from 10 automotive LEDs, resulting in a high beam that shines over 300 m. The perfectly homogeneous low beam guarantees the best possible safety at any speed. The aluminum housing and sensor-controlled LED dimming ensure optimum cooling and therefore maximum efficiency and service life of the lighting system. The M99 Mini Pro 45 headlight from Supernova is extremely small for its brute power. 50% smaller and 40% lighter than its big brother, the M99. It is the smallest S-Pedelec headlight in the world with 1400 lumens and 280 lux of high-intensity light.
The mirror surface reflects the outstanding amount of light from 10 automotive LEDs, producing a radiant high beam of over 300 meters. The low beam ensures the best possible safety at any speed.

SUPERNOVA HIGH BEAM
High beam has been one of the most important innovations in the bicycle lighting industry since the new legislation came into force. In addition to the literal range, high beam offers enormous illumination and increases the safety factor many times over. For the first time, approved bicycle lights provide illumination for unclear terrain, where the cyclist can see overhanging branches, signs, junctions and poorly visible pedestrians more quickly - no matter how steep and winding the trail! Our Supernova high beam has an extremely wide beam angle. This enables excellent perception of the surroundings, which is what makes the other advantages described below possible in the first place.

IMMERSION OF THE SUSPENSION FORK
The problem is particularly well known with MTBs: These often have long suspension travel that dips, especially when braking, so that the headlight range is sometimes reduced by up to 90%. Supernova's special high beam is optimized to provide a particularly large amount of light above the cut-off line, so that the fork movement is compensated for and the view of the road is maintained. The high beam of the M99 reflector has a 56% wider beam angle than other comparable headlights. On the approach to the trail in the city, you can ride glare-free in low beam mode. As soon as required, the high beam can be switched on at the touch of a button.

CORNERING ILLUMINATION
If the cyclist leans into a bend, the dipped beam, which is sharply limited at the glare horizon, tilts to the side with them so that only part of the path ahead is illuminated. The greatly increased luminosity of the high beam shines far beyond the glare horizon and creates a light into the bend. This results in a much improved illumination of the path when cornering and therefore an enormous increase in safety for the cyclist.

M99 Matrix Mirror
Matching the 99 individually calculated mirror surfaces to the intelligent LED matrix was a complex development project. Only by using up to 9 intelligently controllable automotive LEDs in combination with multiple computer calculations of the concave and convex catoptric facets of the mirror was it possible to create this pioneering product.

Ice-cold calculations
In order for the high-performance LEDs to work efficiently, they require optimum cooling. This is where Supernova's many years of experience come into play. Careful material selection and heat simulation have enabled the housing and electronics to be designed in such a way that the LEDs can achieve their maximum performance at all times.
