This RockShox SIDLuxe air shock at Ultimate level enables 2-position remote compression adjustment and is recommended for cross-country racers with trunnion mounts. It is primarily designed for speed. The Solo Air air suspension ensures a more linear spring characteristic. Choose between the tried-and-tested "Open" position for full damping on high-speed descents and "Lock" for drive-efficient sprints without suspension bobbing. Thanks to the increased oil flow, the high-speed compression (in the open and pedal position) reacts particularly quickly to unexpected impacts. As a result, the bottom-out bumper is also larger and has a conical shape so that you retain control at the end of the travel. A matching TwistLoc remote twist grip is not included in the scope of delivery, so it is best to order it directly. Please note that if you combine the shock with a remote suspension fork, this must also have a 2-position setting so that the remote control of both elements works.

Both have the hard-hitting"Lock" setting and the shock-absorbing"Open" function. The 3P configuration also offers the efficient "Pedal" position. Furthermore, the high-speed compression damping has been improved to enable an immediate blow-off when it comes to the most difficult part of the descent.
