milKit makes tubeless conversion clean and easy! All the products and solutions needed to convert mountain bike, gravel or road bike tires are available in the milKit program.
Converting to tubeless has many advantages such as fewer flats due to punctures, thorns, etc., better traction, less weight and less rolling resistance. However, until now, installing and maintaining tubeless systems has been tedious and usually a mess! Measuring and refilling the slowly drying sealing milk was also laborious and therefore often neglected.
1. clean rim and attach rim tape
2. pierce valve hole, attach valve and fasten it
3. pump tire so that tire jumps on rim
4. screw valve heart out of milKit valve: air remains in tire
5. Assemble milKit spray system, apply desired amount of sealant and feed through valve into pressurized tire.
6. screw the valve heart back into the valve and inflate the tire completely.
With the milKit system, you can mount tubeless tires dry on the rim and pour the sealing milk into the inflated tire - quickly and without mess.
The smart rubber flaps at the bottom of the milKit valves ensure that the valves are no longer clogged.
Easy and clean installation: No more mess, because the tire can be inflated dry and the sealing milk can then be filled through the valve.
The milKit sealing milk coats the inside of the tire better and reliably seals even large holes thanks to the microfibers.
The milKit sealing milk remains homogeneous in the tire, does not decompose into rubber residues and the aqueous solution thus remains functional for longer.
