MEET THE SILENT XRING PULLEY ™
That familiar clacking sound has accompanied us on every ride for decades. It's time for a change. Conventional polymer pulleys are pretty loud, it's always been a norm. Aluminum pulleys are even worse, as the material radiates sound more than any polymer, making them louder. We are introducing a completely new generation of pulleys that can reduce the noise level by 5-7 dB compared to the standard Dura Ace pulleys. This corresponds to around 40% noise reduction. In practical terms, the cage is very quiet.
