The SL-70 Ergo combines the flat handlebar shape of the popular Contour SL handlebar with numerous modern features favored by riders and bike fitting specialists. The SL-70 Ergo has a 70 mm reach and 128 mm drop. The short 70 mm reach has been a popular choice in recent years as it offers bike fitters the flexibility to achieve a comfortable position without sacrificing control. The lower link has a variable arc that allows multiple grip positions and a lower stance in the sprint position. The reach to the brake lever is also shorter. A 3° reverse bend of the upper link ensures that the wrist remains in a comfortable position, which is essential for long days on asphalt or gravel, while the transition angle of 10° enables a smooth transition to the grip bodies. Brake and shift cables are elegantly routed along the underside of the handlebars.
