The perfect composition of proteins, carbohydrates and fats
MCT fats - If you choose the right fats in combination with carbohydrates and protein, fat is a good source of energy. MCT fats are used in the WOO® Shape. MCT fats can pass through the intestinal mucosa unchanged and be transported directly in the blood via the portal vein to the liver without the detour via the lymphatic system. Furthermore, unlike other fatty acids, no transport protein (carnitine) is required for transportation to the mitochondria, the energy power plants of the cells. MCT fats are therefore digested more easily and quickly.
Carbohydrates - Potato starch is used for the carbohydrates, so we achieve a stable blood sugar level and the energy is released over a long period of time. We deliberately avoid short-chain carbohydrates and sugar.
Split protein - Isolate, i.e. split protein, is used for the protein. The whey protein isolate used is so highly refined that it is no longer recognized by the body as milk protein and is even lactose-free. The positive effects such as an optimal amino acid profile for regeneration and muscle building are included. Lactose and other negative properties of milk protein are excluded.
