No more problems with defective pedal threads in the crank. With the help of our crank repair kit, damaged threads can be repaired and the beloved crank saved. The first step is to cut oversize threads with the dimensions 5/8 x 24 TPI in the crank arm with the help of thread cutters. Then thoroughly clean the threads. Apply thread adhesive to the thread insert and install in the crank arm. Finally, screw the pedal into the new thread.
