The Supernova E3 V521 e-bike headlight is based on the popular V6 model housing from Supernova. However, the E3 V521 e-bike headlight offers a special advantage, its completely newly developed electronics, which can now also process voltages of up to 21 volts. Particularly noteworthy is the "instant start" function, which allows the headlight to be used even with systems that are sensitive to starting currents, thereby significantly extending the service life and brightness stability of the LED.

Terraflux 2
With the Terraflux 2 lens, 90 % of the light beam is directed at the ground. This means that almost all the light emitted is used to illuminate the road. This is not the case with all lens systems. As a result, obstacles are visible at an early stage, both at close range and in the distance, without dazzling oncoming traffic. This is a major safety benefit, especially for e-bikes with their constantly high speeds.

Thermal core technology
Even though LEDs use most of the energy to generate light, they still produce heat. This must of course be dissipated as quickly as possible so as not to negatively affect performance and service life due to overheating. With the E3, the heat is conducted directly to the cooling fins so that the LEDs can always operate in the optimum temperature range.
