The drivetrain that is celebrated by the core scene as a daily companion is now available as a transmission. The uncompromising, price-conscious approach remains, but has been modernized for a new generation of bikes. The GX Eagle Transmission rear derailleur is just as crisp and precise as the other rear derailleurs in the Transmission family and also features removable skid plates for better protection and repairability. Shifting under load with the GX cassette is made possible by a combination of X-Sync technology and cassette mapping, which enables problem-free shifting even under the toughest power transmission. The GX Eagle Transmission DUB crankset stands out from the crowd and offers discerning riders a balance of form and function. With this crankset, pure performance meets an optimum price-performance ratio. The unique shape of the crankset has been forged from aluminum to make it stable without overloading it. The composite chainring bashguards provide additional functionality and make it possible to cope with the scuffs and scratches that occur in everyday use. The T-Type chain was developed specifically to optimize the Eagle Transmission and features a unique flattop designed specifically for the additional torque load of E-MTBs.

One of the special features of the Eagle Transmission is that the electronically controlled rear derailleur is mounted without a derailleur hanger, which is fitted in place of the UDH universal derailleur hanger. This groupset can therefore only be used on frames with this derailleur hanger. Direct mounting results in precise, tolerance-free alignment of the rear derailleur and unprecedented harmony between rear derailleur and cassette. Adjusting and limiting screws are not required. The rear derailleur is also designed to be extremely robust, so that it can easily withstand impacts from all sides and you can continue riding without any problems after a fall. You can mount the associated AXS POD controller on the left or right as required.
The sprockets of the XS-1275 cassette are partly made from a single block and partly assembled. With 10-52 teeth, it offers a wide range with optimized gear steps compared to Eagle cassettes. The X-Sync design also enables outstanding shifting performance, especially under full load. Thanks to the so-called cassette mapping, the shifting processes take place along designated shifting ramps, which makes the process extremely smooth. The crankset with robust aluminum arms carries a direct mount chainring with 34 teeth. Like the cassette sprockets and derailleur pulleys, this is precisely matched to T-type chains. The GX chain has a special flattop design that is reminiscent of road chains, but was specially designed for Eagle Transmission. With its solid, chrome-coated pins, it proves to be reliable and durable.

A battery for the rear derailleur and a charging device are included in the scope of delivery. Use the complete groupset together with the AXS app to set it up, fine-tune the shifting behavior and make and view further settings.
