The CN-M6100 chain is specially matched to the M6100 chainrings and cassettes. Thanks to enlarged inner plates, the chain harmonizes perfectly with the Dynamic Chain Engagement+ (DCE+) Narrow-Wide tooth profiles of the new Deore chainrings. The Hyperglide+ design results in a tighter fit of the chain on the teeth. Vibrations are avoided and the smoother chain run is not only noticeable when pedaling, but also manifests itself acoustically through a quieter drive. The Quick Link chain lock included in the scope of delivery makes it easy to fit the chain.
The M6100 chain offers smooth shifting and better chain retention thanks to enlarged inner plates. The new chain has a QUICK-LINK chain lock and has been optimized for HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes and DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGAGEMENT+ chainrings.
