It is an automated system. It enables the production of high-quality saddles without the use of adhesives and polyurethanes, substances that are known to have a high environmental impact. The saddle is manufactured using Flex Control technology, i.e. a special shell made up of two elements with different levels of flexibility, which ensures greater comfort and resistance compared to products in the same market segment. The third component is the frame made of Fec Alloy, an iron-carbon steel alloy with high strength and flexibility.
