Our cyclocross brake with the optimum ratio of power, modulation and weight! The Shorty Ultimate is available in a narrow or wide pre-set version, allowing you to choose between more power (narrow setting) or better dirt passage (wide setting). The Avid Shorty Ultimate has an integrated tension adjuster and quick release for uncomplicated wheel changes; it is supplied with standard cartridge brake pads for road bikes.
