Direct Clips enable opticians to grind lenses in their own laboratory without the use of complex and expensive milling machines. There is no need to forego the advantages of a large field of vision as with the Rudy Project ImpactRX program. The clips have the same curve as the frame, so the optician must use a lens design for this curve. The mounting by means of nylon threads requires the use of particularly resistant materials that must withstand the conditions of sports use.
