Cross-country riding is changing, bikes are more capable than ever before, trails are getting rougher and rougher and riders are evolving and pushing the boundaries. XC/trail bikes typically tend to be more efficient, which leads to a compromise in suspension and rider comfort. Fatigue in the hands and arms can have unpleasant effects and limit performance. Race Face has developed the new Next SL carbon handlebars with the aim of reducing rider fatigue without compromising handling. Our design allows for good vertical flex for added comfort, while additional carbon on the front and back of the bar eliminates poor horizontal flex for improved steering precision. Thanks to the 35 mm handlebar diameter, the new Next SL carbon handlebar is the lightest in its category at just 167 g, without sacrificing stability.
