The Schrader tubeless valve was developed by Pepis Tire Noodle to suit the use of tire inserts. Conventional Schrader tubeless valves have a central opening on the inside, which is covered by the tire insert. The air flow would be blocked and the tire could only be inflated to a limited extent. The special Pepis Tire Noodle Schrader tubeless valve has two side slits on the inside, through which the air and sealing fluid can flow out and be evenly distributed in the tire. Made from particularly sturdy aerospace aluminum and a reinforced stem, the valve reliably withstands even rough encounters such as larger branches. The material is also characterized by its lightness, with a single Lufty2 valve weighing just 4 grams. Extra-long aluminum valve covers provide a secure hold and protect the sensitive valve insert. A valve wrench for loosening the valve insert is included in the scope of delivery.
