To attach the front mudguard of the MonkeyLink mudguard set to your trekking and mountain bike with one click, you need the MonkeyChuck fork clamping cone.
This is pushed into the fork steerer tube from below and locked in place with a socket wrench. The lower end of the fork tube forms the bracket mount for connecting the mudguard. This snap-in connection for the mudguard is absolutely stable and is in no way inferior to a screw connection, but can be released again in a single movement.
