The already very successful High Road has been further improved and equipped with the best possible technical properties. With the new HYPR compound, rolling resistance has been reduced by 16% and wet grip increased by 23%. The switch to a carcass with 170TPI brings a 12-15% weight advantage for the tube variants. Maxxis also uses the new ZK puncture protection insert in the tube version, which consists of a liquid crystal polymer fiber and heralds a new era in puncture protection. The TR version uses the lightweight K2 puncture protection insert, which is designed to reduce rolling resistance.
