The tread of the M-Tread extends from rim edge to rim edge over both sidewalls of the tire, protecting the tire carcass from premature wear on the sidewalls as well. This is particularly important for riders who grind everything that comes their way - the sidewalls are as stable as the tread. The tread pattern on the sidewalls is also good for steep cornering and flatland tricks, as it always offers plenty of grip in any tire position.
