The MDR-P from MAGURA is a brake rotor with outstanding braking performance and heat resistance, ideal for longer braking phases and high loads. Despite its two-piece design, it is lightweight and extremely resistant to vibration, making it the most powerful brake rotor in the MAGURA range.
Thanks to the semi-floating design of the MDR-P, the friction ring can expand in hot conditions without the rotor warping. The patented Dovetail Interlink Technology ensures efficient transfer of heat and torque to the inner ring via large contact points. The result is remarkably high heat resistance.
The MDR-P is available in diameters of up to 220 mm and generates around 10% more braking force compared to a 203 mm brake disk. This protects the arm muscles and prevents a loss of braking force.
