Coordinated front and rear carbon wheel system for enduro riding and racing. Specific front and rear wheels tuned and optimized for the specific performance requirements and stresses of mountain bike riding. A conforming, tuned front wheel improves handling and maximizes grip and control in corners. A wider inner rim width supports a wider front tire profile, increased volume and contact patch, and rounds out the tire profile to improve cornering performance. The stiff, tuned rear wheel supports peak loads and improves stability and directional stability at speed. A narrower inner rim width supports a narrower rear tire profile, improves rolling resistance and sharpens the tire edge for more grip.
