Product information 'One Piece Stem 35'A super-lightweight enduro stem with a 35 mm clamp you can rely on. The intelligent one-piece construction allows for a low weight and is robust and stiff at the same time. You can choose between 7 different colors and 35 and 45 mm lengths, so you can customize your bike and adapt it to your personal needs. Mounting with the 77designz carbon handlebars is a breeze, but handlebars from other manufacturers can also be mounted with a rise of up to 20 mm. The 35mm short stem weighs an incredibly light 69 grams, and its 45mm counterpart weighs just 84 grams. Although the One Piece Stem is fully approved for use with other handlebars, it may not spread it out, which could make it difficult to use with other handlebars. The minimum clamping surface on the control is 39mm.Custom bolts:For our stems we use fully custom titanium bolts with a Torx 25.If you want to change to gold, natural or oil stained bolts, send us a message before you place your order and we will set you up.Tested at the highest level:We see no difference between enduro and downhill racing; therefore our products are tested at downhill level (ASTM F2043-13 / category 5).The collaboration with We Are One!The concept idea for the cockpit comes from us, but for the implementation we needed a reliable partner who knows carbon manufacturing well, we found this partner with We Are One Composites. We Are One enriched the handlebar with the small retaining nipple on the handlebar that holds the aluminum ring in place. We Are One has applied for a patent for this idea. We Are One Composites from Kamloops / BC in Canada is the manufacturer of our handlebars and distributes a conceptually identical cockpit in North America.
