How to use:
1.) Remove cap and twist up from bottom of tube to expose liniment.
2.) Apply to any sore or inflamed area of the body. For your information, a small amount goes a long way. Start with a small amount of the rub as seen on the tube and apply more as needed.
3rd) Put the cap back on.
