With tooth shapes and shifting aids perfectly matched to the chain, a gear change can almost be described as the chain gliding between different sprockets.
As a technical highlight, the cassette offers 6 small steel sprockets for high durability and 5 larger titanium sprockets, as well as an ultra-light aluminum spider for minimum weight. Due to the different loads on the small and large sprockets, the large titanium sprockets wear just as slowly as the smaller steel sprockets.
