The sharp and narrow tooth profile and the rounded oblique edges support the chain guide. To provide the best possible performance in muddy terrain, X-Sync™ chainrings feature depressions to remove dirt and mud for the inner chain links and rollers. The German-made X-Sync™ chainrings are an important component of the 1x™ drive from SRAM.
