The MT Trail SL HC-Carbolay is Magura's new definition of braking performance. Four pistons in front for maximum braking power, two pistons in the rear for perfect dosage. And that with extremely low weight. Thanks to the new 1-finger HC Carbon lever, which also gives her a new ergonomics, the set weighs just 460g.
The outstanding braking performance of the MT7 paired with the lightweight technologies of the MT8 for unmatched trail performance. The MT Trail SL Carbon is 8% lighter than the MT7 and only 15% heavier than the MT8. Through Carbolay lever and clamp in deep black design and chrome brake caliper, the MT Trail SL is a real eye-catcher.

Carbotecture® SL
Compared to Magura's conventional Carbotecture® material, a mixture of high-tech polymers and carbon or glass fibers, for Carbotecture® SL medium-length instead of short carbon fibers are integrated into the polyamides to further increase resistance while reducing weight. Compared with the classic lightweight material aluminum, Carbotecture® SL offers significant advantages: It is just as tensile and fracture resistant while weighing more than 50% less.

Quick and easy to change, these are the magnetiXchange brake pads. Magnetic pistons guarantee a perfect fit of the brake pad in the caliper and foolproof pad change.
